The ALEX4 takes Gastronorm 1/1 pans ( Not supplied). It comes with a probe as standard. Timed or probe controlled cooling.
Note containers are not supplied as standard.

The unit has 2 functions:

Blast chiller (+70 to +3 in 90mins). 60 kG Max
Shock freezer (+65 to -18 in 240mins) maintenance at chill temp. 45 kG Max

High ambient operation (37c)

Simple to use digital controlls - chiller and shock freezer functions ae pre-programmed at the factory. ALEX3 requires 30 amp supply.
