We are a Limited VAT Registered refrigeration company. We fit all kinds of refrigeration and air conditioning, so we know about the products we sell. We do not sell tills and cookers as we know nothing about them! Do I Need to Order Using a Credit Debit Card?

The answers is If you wish, There are four ways to order off us as we know it is not practical for every company to be able to use cards online.
The Four Options are-
.
1. Via the website using the secure payment system. You can pay online using Debit Card, Access, Visa, Mastercard etc You will be then directed to our secure online payment provider. Add the product to your shopping basket, this will then be highlighted green. You may add multiple products.

2. Cheque posted, you can either email or ring us where we can process your order, then post us your payment. Goods will be dispatched when funds have cleared.

3. BACS. You can either email or ring us where we can process your order, goods will be dispatched when funds have cleared.

4. Account. Going to spend regularly? You may be able to open a credit account with us. Terms will have to be adhered to and credit reference checks will be made through an external Credit Reference Agency

How Do I Make An Online Purchase?

How Do I Make An Online Purchase?
Add the product to your shopping basket; this will then be highlighted green. You may add multiple products.

When you have chosen your products and are ready to check out Click the green highlighted area " click here to review basket/ checkout" this will then show you what you have in your shopping basket, you may remove it by pressing the red cross. Please check this is the correct model and size etc ( and it will fit through doors etc!)

When you are happy you can pick the method of payment i.e Worldpay. Now you will have to fill in the form with the shipping details on, Please complete all areas it is important this is done and may delay delivery if it is not. A full VAT invoice will be sent to this address, If the Invoice address is different to the shipping address please email us.

When the form is completed press continue at the bottom of the page. Now you will directed to the website of the online payment provider. Once you have successfully followed the instructions here you will directed back to fridge city to complete your order. Please note our online payment methods are secure and details are not held on our site of your credit / debit card payments. We will receive confirmation immediately of a successful transaction. We will then be in contact with delivery details.

How Long Does It Take For Delivery?

Most Items on the site have free standard delivery, except certain items of which may have a surcharge for remote locations. We cannot do anything about this and do not make any profit from delivery charges. Delivery is to the door only, larger items the delivery driver may need assistance. If you require an unpacking and installation service this can be arranged at additional cost.

You can expect delivery 3- 5 days from a completed order (cleared funds) subject to stock levels. If required you may contact us prior to order with expected lead time for delivery.
Once an order has been placed we will confirm delivery times. We will do our best for delivery as soon as possible. This depends on stock levels transport availability etc. We are not held liable for delayed deliveries.

If your not ready for the product and require a delayed delivery we can arrange this, please contact us.

In a rush... due to the nature of the products we sell you could be. Please contact us before you order if you require express delivery, if we can help we will. Not all products will be available for express delivery. There will be a delivery surcharge for express arrangements.

Do We Have To Have A World Pay Account To purchase Online?

No you do not have to have a Worldpay account to make a purchase online, you will need a valid credit or debit card. We find Worldpay one of the most easiest ways to make an online purchase.

Is the Online Payment Secure?

The Online Payment is secure as using online Banking. Worldpay is a trusted online payment provider. They pride themselves on secure payment systems. We do not hold any credit card data we are notified when a successful payment has been approved. You are directed off our site to pay to Pay Pal then reverted back to us to finish the order process. We take the security of this site very seriously.

Can We Open A Credit Account?

We do have credit accounts for regular customers. We do not usually open credit accounts for one off purchases. Any credit accounts opened are usually repeat customers. Any credit account applications are subject to a credit check by an external credit reference agency. Payments on credit accounts are 30 days from date of invoice. Late payments are subject to interest charges.

Can We Cancel An Order?

Yes you may cancel an order, although there maybe a restocking charge for doing this. Once the goods have been delivered and used they cannot be returned as they will be used.

Yes we will try our best. We work very closely with manufacturers to supply a large range of products. It would be impossible for use to list every single item we can source, the website shows the more popular selling items.
